This page explains the basic information collected when you request a quote or interact with VacayPlus Travel online.
Information you may provide
Name, mobile number, pickup and destination details, travel date, passenger count, luggage or child-seat requirements, flight information and other details you choose to include in an enquiry.
How enquiry information is used
To prepare quotations, respond to questions, coordinate transport, communicate about requested services and manage bookings.
Campaign attribution and local browser storage
This website may record basic campaign parameters such as UTM source, campaign name, referring page and Google Ads click identifiers in your browser so VacayPlus can understand which marketing activity generated an enquiry. The current site does not include a payment-card storage system.
Quote forms can prepare a WhatsApp message containing the details you entered. When you send that message, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Retention and access
VacayPlus Travel should retain enquiry and booking information only as long as reasonably required for customer service, booking administration, legal or accounting needs. Customers may contact VacayPlus to request correction of inaccurate information.

Payment information
When online payments are enabled, payment-card details are entered with the selected payment provider. VacayPlus Travel should retain only transaction references, amounts and payment status required for booking administration and accounting.
Booking management
Booking references and secure management tokens may be used to let customers view their trip and outstanding balance.
